The HEART CENTER – key to empowerment
Hello my Dears,
I am happy to present you the November reading at the beginning of this month again.
The last day of October presents with the 31st, not only the Halloween spectacle, but also a full moon that closes October and ushers in November. Like every month, I’m going to read the energy for the next four weeks and here it clearly shows what is in the foreground in the upcoming time. Predestined for the New Age, the importance of the heart center – the heart chakra – is dominant in November again.
Everyone is asked to strengthen their love, their ‘heart muscle’ and to focus on the heart center, close to the breastbone in the middle of the chest. The key is here to consciously visualise every day, for 2-3 minutes an open gate – full of light – open to give to the world and to receive and to let love flow.
The preferable time for this exercise would be in the morning, when the inside, the mind, is still quiet. An ideal time to tune in and to set the course for the day. However, regardless of the time of day, it is important to do it at least once a day in order to stimulate and to generate a flow and momentum guided by love.
Even the ‘experienced’ will get another boost with this heart focus in November!
No matter how turbulent the outside world will be, with the heart-centred you bring yourself back in alignment and have the ability to cope with the outside world and your daily tasks – in a masterly manner.
Due to the fact, that the current times in which we live in and especially November, is a very busy and a very eventful time – there is nothing more to add, except that the super full moon on November 15th will be especially challenging. Due the interesting planet constellation and the energies around that time, you are even more asked to act from the center of your heart.
This November shows us once again, that it is not for nothing that we can also call the Age of Aquarius the Age of the Heart Chakra. If you are not already aware on the topic heart center and to put your awareness and focus there, please begin to do so.
The heart center – the key to strength and thus also the key to empowerment.

Monatliches Energie-Reading für November
Das Herzzentrum – der Schlüssel zur Macht
Hallo Ihr Lieben,
ich freue mich Euch wieder zum Anfang des Monats das November Reading vorstellen zur dürfen.
Der letzte Oktobertag präsentiert mit dem 31. nicht nur das Halloween Spektakel, sondern auch einen Vollmond der den Oktober abschließt und den November einleitet.
Wie schon die letzten Monate zuvor lese ich die Monatsenergie, dieses mal für den November und hier zeigt sich ganz klar was im Vordergrund steht. Prädestiniert für das neue Zeitalter zeigt sich für den November wieder einmal ganz dominant die Wichtigkeit des Herzzentrums – das Herzchakra.
Jeder wird aufgefordert seinen Liebes/Herzmuskel zu kräftigen und seinen Fokus auf das Herzzentrum, in der Nähe des Brustbeins – mittig in der Brust, zu legen und sich hier jeden Tag 2-3 Minuten Zeit zu nehmen und ganz bewußt die Tür zum Herzen zu visualisieren, zu öffnen und die Liebe fließen zu lassen. Es geht hier um senden und empfangen, aber ganz wichtig ist die Verbindung, das Fließen im Herzen.
Präferiert wäre hier der Morgen, wenn das Innen noch still ist – um den Kurs für den Tag zu setzen. Wichtig ist jedoch, auch unabhängig von der Tageszeit, es einmal am Tag durchzuführen um neuen, von der Liebe gesteuerten Fluß anzuregen.
Auch die ‘Geübten’ bekommen über den Herzfokus im November nochmal einen Schub !
Und sei das Außen auch noch so turbulent – über die Herzzentrierung bringst Du Dich immer wieder in Deine Mitte und hast die Fähigkeit Deine Aufgaben im Außen zu bewältigen – und das in einer meisterlichen Manier.
Da die Zeit in der wir Leben und ganz besonders auch der November sehr bewegt ist, gibt es hier nichts mehr hinzuzufügen, außer das der Vollmond am 15. November nochmal besonders Gas gibt und Du hier noch mehr aufgefordert wirst aus Deiner Mitte zu handeln und Dich aus Deinem Herzzentrum führen läßt.
Der November zeigt uns wieder mal, dass wir nicht umsonst das Wassermannzeitalter auch Herzchakrazeitalter nennen. Beginne, wenn du es noch nicht gemacht hast, den Fokus auf das Herz zu legen.
Das Herzzentrum – der Schlüssel zur Kraft und damit auch der Schlüssel zur Macht.
